These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the kd222 platform and all its associated services. When you register, log in, or use this platform in any way, it is understood that you have read these Terms in full and agreed to them. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this platform.

Important Notice: This service is for persons aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

1 Key Definitions

The meanings of the following terms used in these Terms are provided below:

  • "Platform" refers to the kd222 website, mobile version, and all related services.
  • "Member" or "User" refers to any person who has created a valid account on kd222.
  • "Account" refers to the personal profile assigned to each member through which all platform features can be accessed.
  • "Bonus" refers to any monetary or non-monetary reward offered by kd222, including welcome bonuses.
  • "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • "Service" refers to all gaming, betting, and related features provided by kd222.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services on kd222, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be able to provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • Only one account may be opened in your name; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You are using this platform voluntarily and online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If false or misleading information is provided, kd222 reserves the right to cancel the relevant account without notice. If any registered account details change, the member must notify the platform immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

kd222 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Deposits, withdrawals, or other features may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If a member fails to provide the required documents, the account may be closed without any withdrawal of funds.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify kd222 support immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following applies to depositing funds on kd222:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each method.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
  • Deposited funds must come from the member's own mobile banking account only.
  • Depositing funds using a third-party account is strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.
Please note: Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All deposit methods offer equal benefits and security.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawing funds:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawal processing time: generally within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawal requests will only be accepted from verified accounts.
  • The mobile banking number used for withdrawal must match the number registered on the account.
  • Funds cannot be withdrawn from any active bonus until its wagering requirement has been fully met.

3.3 Transaction Verification

kd222 reserves the right to verify any transaction. Additional documents may be requested for unusual or suspicious transactions. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the relevant transaction and account will be temporarily suspended.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A few calculation examples are provided below:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total Balance ৳2,200.
  • Deposit ৳26,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳41,000.

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A specific wagering requirement applies against each bonus. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).

Example: To meet the wagering requirement on a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳12,000 (৳1,200 × 10) in wagers must be placed, after which winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

No withdrawal from bonus funds can be made before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
  • If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.
  • kd222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • In cases of bonus abuse or fraud, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
  • Bonus funds are usable within the platform only; they cannot be withdrawn directly.

5 VIP Club & Loyalty Program

5.1 VIP Levels

The kd222 VIP program has a total of 4 levels. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each level:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

5.2 VIP Benefit Terms

Cashback and other benefits received according to VIP level are provided at kd222's discretion. Members can advance to higher levels through regular and active participation. kd222 reserves the right to change VIP program terms at any time; members will be notified before changes take effect.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Permitted Use

The kd222 platform is designed for personal entertainment purposes. Every member must use the platform honestly and in good faith.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

  • Playing or placing bets using bots, scripts, or other automated software.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits.
  • Gaining a strategic advantage by collaborating with other members (collusion or bonus draining via the Martingale method).
  • Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform to gain unfair advantages.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
Warning: Involvement in prohibited activities will result in permanent account cancellation and all account balances may be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error causes abnormal results or incorrect amounts to be displayed, kd222 reserves the right to cancel that transaction. kd222 will not be held responsible for temporary unavailability of the platform.

7 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

7.1 Responsible Gaming Policy

kd222 is committed to responsible gaming. We want all our members to enjoy themselves safely and in a controlled manner. Gaming is an entertainment activity — it should not be viewed as a source of income.

  • Always bet within your means.
  • Stop playing if you are under financial pressure or going through emotional distress.

  • Do not place higher bets in an attempt to recover losses.

7.2 Self-Exclusion & Setting Limits

The content, software, and intellectual property of games available on the platform are protected under the rights of the respective game developers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others).

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Limitations

11 Amendment & Termination of Terms

kd222 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect once published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates that you have accepted the new terms.

11.2 Account Termination

kd222 may terminate an account for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Evidence of fraud or illegal activity.
  • Provision of false or misleading information.
  • The member's own request.

Any valid funds remaining in the balance at the time of account closure will be returned, but bonus funds will be cancelled.

11.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion.
